Russell Stout was founder and president of Texas Mortgage Consultants.  In June of 2008,  Texas Mortgage Consultants merged with Hometrust to provide their customers with the best rates and options in the changing mortgage market. 

Russell has been in the real estate and mortgage business since 1988.  He is licensed as a real estate broker and a mortgage broker.  He is considered an expert in mortgage products and all types real estate financing.

Russell has played an active role in the professional commmunity.  He has represented NAMB in lobbying efforts in Washington and Austin.  He teaches MCE to Realtors.   
  
Russell is married to his wife Melissa.  They have three children Hailey, Russell III, and Maggie.  He plays an active role with his kids, coaching Pop Warner Football, Baseball, and supporting them in Volleyball, Swimming, and Basketball.   

He and his family are avid Texas longhorn fans.  They spend lots of time outdoors and enjoy all that Austin has to offer.
